Why organisers choose us
Getting the whole family in one place shouldn't fall apart over bedrooms.
If you’re the one organising, you know the traps. Photos that flatter and rooms that don’t. One bathroom for twelve people. Bedrooms so uneven that somebody sulks all weekend. And a WhatsApp group asking “is it booked yet?” while you carry the whole thing alone.
Our houses were set up for exactly this. Every bedroom is listed one by one with its beds, so who-sleeps-where is settled before anyone pays. The kitchens feed a crowd. The gardens are fenced. And what you see in the photos is what you get: no wide-angle tricks, professionally cleaned before every stay.

FAQs
Everything organisers ask before booking
How are the bedrooms arranged?
Every listing shows the bedrooms one by one with their beds. Zip-link rooms are made up as doubles or split into two singles (£15.75 a room including fresh linen). Tell us ages and we'll suggest a who-sleeps-where plan.
Are there enough bathrooms for a big group?
Hilltop has five bathrooms for up to 15 guests; Alandale has three for up to 12. Nobody queues on the landing before breakfast.
Do you provide a cot and high chair?
Yes, free: travel cot, high chair, kids' books and toys. Give us 48 hours' notice and it's all set up before you arrive.
Is there parking for several cars?
Free driveway parking for up to four vehicles at the houses, plus free on-street parking. The whole convoy fits.
What if someone drops out?
Full refund up to 30 days before check-in, and inside that window a change of numbers is a conversation with the host. Booking direct means flexibility a portal can't give you.
