Everything wedding parties ask before booking
How close are the houses to my venue?
Most Thames Valley venues are ten to twenty-five minutes away. Send us the venue name and date and we'll reply with exact drive times from each available house, usually within 2 working hours.
Can we book one house for all our guests?
Yes, that's the point. Hilltop sleeps 15 under one roof; combining houses covers 30+ guests. One booking, one payment, and a per-head breakdown you can share with the group.
Do you take two-night wedding weekends?
Our houses usually take stays from three nights, and many wedding parties make a long weekend of it. For a strict two-night stay, send the enquiry anyway: our flats and vetted partner homes often cover it, and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Can we check in early for hair and makeup?
Standard check-in is from 4pm the day before the wedding for exactly this reason. Early access and luggage drop on the day are arranged whenever the calendar allows; ask when you book.
