Can you invoice my company?

Yes. Contractors and firms get proper HMRC ready invoices, and block bookings get one consolidated invoice instead of a stack of hotel receipts. Tell us the company name and we’ll set it up with the booking.

What time is check-in, and do we need to meet anyone?

No key handovers. Our Reading homes have self check-in with a door code, so you can arrive when it suits you, even after midnight. Arriving early or leaving late? Ask about bag drop, it’s usually fine.

Do you take pets?

No pets, sorry. It keeps every home ready for allergy-sensitive guests. If a dog is part of the family, we’re happy to suggest nearby options rather than leave you stuck.

Can we extend if plans change?

Usually, yes. Moves slip and projects overrun, so extensions are one message, not a re-booking. Tell us as early as you can and we’ll hold the dates where possible.

Is there parking, and will a van fit?

Five of our six properties have free parking, and our South Reading houses take vans on the driveway. Every listing states exactly what fits, so you’ll know before you book, not after.
