Can you accommodate large groups 30+
Yes we can, we have a portfolio from 10 bedroom houses to block of Flats where your we can accommodate large number of guests.
Is there Parking available in the Accommodation?
Yes, we have parking available for each property.
Can i view the property before making a booking?
It should be fine depending on the notice period and the length of the booking (Not for a 2 night booking) if it's mid term booking (28+ night) sure we can accommodate a viewing or online viewing.
Do you require a holding deposit for booking your place?
Yes, each property has different amounts (not that high) to make sure if there's something broken in the property or something missing, we can charge it from the holding deposit.
Can i have an early check-in or late check-out?
If there's a back to back booking, it will be a bit complicated since the cleaning needs to be carried out to the highest standard so you can send an email requesting it 1 week before the check-in date to check availability.
(Fees can be applied)
Can we have a Mid-Stay Cleaning?
Yes, we can have the cleaning company to carry out a mid stay cleaning along with new bed linen for your stay.
Do you allow pets?
We are not against of pets but we might need to request some information of type of pet including a pet fee since the cleaning can take extra time.
Can you provide Bouncy castles or Hot Tub for our stay?
Yes we can provide, bath tubs, bouncy castles, Igloo dome with Cinema.
Please let us know ahead of time to arrange it for you.
Can we have a BBQ?
Unfortunately we don't allow BBQ for fire safety procedures we have in place across the properties.
