How long can I stay?
From 2 nights up to 6+ months. We do weekly deals and monthly deals (18% off). Most contractors book 4-12 weeks initially.
What's included in the price?
All bills, WiFi, parking, kitchen equipment, linens, towels. Literally everything. No hidden costs or surprise charges. What you see is what you pay.
What if my project gets extended 2 weeks?
Usually yes – just give us 48 hours notice. We get it, jobs change. We're quite flexible if we don't have availability we will find you an alternative.
Is it really cheaper than Airbnb?
Yes. No 15% platform fees. For a 4-week stay 1 Bedroom (for example), that's £420+ saved right there. Plus we offer longer-stay with mid cleanings included in the booking that platforms don't.
Can you accommodate groups/crews?
Absolutely. Properties sleep 2-16 people. One bill for the team. Most crews prefer staying together – builds morale and makes logistics easier.
What about cleaning during longer stays?
